Steve is a trained and experienced press photographer, a profession in which timing is crucial. For a quarter of a century, he's been creating news and sport pictures that make the headlines in a host of national newspapers - from The Daily Telegraph to The Sun - plus countless regional newspapers, magazines and journals.

His stunning portfolio includes the shot that captured the goalkeeper's fingers as they curled round the ball that seemed destined for the back of the net, and images that portrayed the courage of ordinary men as they waded through South Yorkshire flood waters intent on rescue. Happy photographs,tragic photographs; action shots, arty fashion shoots, book covers, album covers... Steve has done them all.

And now he's turning his hand and his expert eye to wedding photography, commercial shots and portraiture.

Exactly the same principles apply - it's about "seeing" the perfect shot, the magical glance between a bride and groom, the way a face breaks into the most natural of smiles and the eyes suddenly shine at a portrait sitting.
